1. Parties

As used in this Agreement, "you" refers to you as the specific individual who is a Member of Claw-Consult.us and who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Use of Information

Claw-Consult.us highly values the strong relationships that we have with our members as clients. Personal information will not be released to persons or Government entities under any circumstances due to the fact that this is a Private Business Trust structure. An exception to this is Claw-Consult.us may be required by Laws pertaining to the Trust Indenture to disclose certain information. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any personal identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us.

All information and other materials appearing on Claw-Consult.us ("Material") are confidential and you must keep all such Material confidential.

3. No Transfer of Right to Access

Your membership is for you alone — you may not share, assign or transfer your access to Claw-Consult.us under this Agreement.

All funds received by Claw-Consult.us from its clients/member base for lawful consultation and services only are Donations or Gifts from the Private Client/Membership to Claw-Consult.us. There is no opportunity for refunds or charge backs of any sort.

4. Copyright

The entire contents of Claw-Consult.us website are protected by copyright and other laws. No one may copy, redistribute, publish or otherwise exploit any part of the website without prior written Consent by the Board of Directors.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Claw-Consult.us Web and its contents are provided "as is." Claw-Consult.us makes no promise or warranty of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the use of the website portal, the accuracy or completeness of any web contents, or the results you will obtain.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances, including negligence, will Claw-Consult Private Business Trust Board Members be considered liable for any incidental, special, consequential, direct or indirect damages arising from the website or its services.

7. Indemnification

Members will protect and indemnify Claw-Consult.us, and the Board of Directors of Claw-Consult Private Business Trust, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies from any and all losses, damages, and liabilities in connection with or arising from the website.

8. Modifications of Terms

Claw-Consult.us shall have the right to make any changes to this Private Membership Service Agreement at any time. All members will be notified of changes, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting.

9. Age Agreement

Members agree to be at least 18 years of age to access educational materials and services.

10. Service

By entering and/or using any educational and consultative services or reading any material on the Claw-Consult.us website, members agree to all Terms of Service and Donation/Gift policies. Services are strictly for educational or entertainment purposes only and do not take the place of any professional, financial, or legal advice.

11. Refund Policy

All funds are received as suggested financial Donations/Gifts by private members to the Private Trust. There are no circumstances under which any refunds are possible.

12. Disclaimer

Claw-Consult.us products are for educational improvement purposes only. The Board of Directors, employees, consultants and their families are not responsible for members' choices and decisions made by visiting or using any of the educational tiers or consulting services offered.
